What the app does, and where it does it.
BMan Stock runs on the computer at the counter and on the phones your team carries, with the website for your plan, your team and your branches.
Sales and the till
One screen for a sale: the customer, what they are taking, the price you are charging today, and whether it was paid in cash, mobile money or by card. Goods can go out with the money to follow.
Stock and reorder levels
Walk the shelves or read the sheet: what is held, what is running out, what is out, and what it would cost to refill. Each category sets the level at which its products count as low.
Products, customers and suppliers
Products in categories, with a whole catalogue importable from a spreadsheet. Customers recognised at the till, suppliers kept with what you bought from them.
Expenses
Rent, transport, airtime, wages: the costs that are not stock, kept by month, by kind and by branch, so profit is worked out on the real number.
Works offline
The app holds its own database on the device, so a dropped connection never stops a sale. Work for your other devices waits in an outbox until there is a line again.
Invoices, receipts and delivery notes
The same sale printed as an invoice, a proforma, a receipt, an 80mm till receipt or a delivery note, each with its own wording. Delivery notes and proformas are on the larger plans.
Eleven reports
Profit and loss, sales overview, daily journal, customer analysis, category performance, financial growth, tax summary, purchases, inventory valuation, stock movement and supplier performance.
Reports you build yourself
Pick a source, filter it, group it, and write your own columns as formulas such as sum(total) or max(reorder * 2 - onhand, 0). Saved reports run and schedule like the built-in ones.
Supplier network
Say what your business carries and other businesses on BMan can find you when they run short. Ask a supplier for stock in the same shape as recording it. Prices, takings and customers stay on your machine.
Team, roles and branches
Invite people on the website, set each one a role and a branch, and remove access when someone leaves. The app follows those changes on its own.
Devices that pass work to each other
A computer at the counter and phones on the floor, each with its own copy. Sales, expenses and orders go up to the owner, products and stock down to whoever shares that shelf, sealed for the receiving device alone.
Scheduled reports by email
Set which reports go out daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, and who else is copied. Low stock and daily summaries can be emailed the same way.
Google Drive backup and restore
Connect one Drive account and the whole business is copied to a private folder that belongs to the app alone, every day, week, month or on a day you choose. A copy can always be written to a file instead.
Your logo, signature and stamp
Each kind of document points at its own logo, signature and stamp, with its own header and footer. A preview shows the full sheet before anything is printed. Set up on a computer.
